Cole McLean’s lone goal wasn’t enough to boost Wellington to victory Monday as Brookside’s Joe Smail put away two in the second half. The Cardinals walked away with a 2-1 win even though the Dukes won the shooting game, forcing Brookside keeper Connor Baughman to make 10 saves. Steven Del Campo had seven in the Dukes’ net.
