Sixth-graders at McCormick Middle School participated in field day activities at the Wellington Dukes football stadium on June 3. The events included a softball throw, a disc toss, a long jump, a 50-meter dash and a 100-meter dash. The four homeroom classes of teachers Sandy Cherpak, Rhonda Lara, Brenda Bosley and Brianna Bowman competed against each other to see which would claim first place.
