A new Wellington seal has been officially adopted by village council. The seal features a sketch of village hall by former resident William Tegtmeyer, who passed away in 2017. That sketch was drawn in 1985 but the seal was designed and submitted by Al Leiby of The Spirit of ‘76 Museum. Leiby and Tegtmeyer’s son, Fred, were thanked by council July 2 for their contributions.
