FAIR: Mini horses, exhibitors strut their stuff

Miniature horses walked in and out of the ring Tuesday morning as kids competed in the showmanship competition. Approximately 80 exhibitors presented their animals to judge Robin Miller, who said she looks at the style, consistency, and mannerisms of each horse as well as how the exhibitor shows the animal. “The performance of the exhibitor matters most,” she said.
