Betty J. Musser

Betty J. Musser, 84, of Berne, Ind., died Sunday, Jan. 10, 2010, at Chalet Village of Berne, Ind.

Mrs. Musser was born on Sept. 15, 1925 in Greenwich, Ohio, the daughter of Russell and Lydia (Stager) Klingler, both deceased. She married Jacob Musser on June 25, 1955.

She attended the Grace Bible Church in Berne. She was a homemaker who enjoyed embroidering and sewing.

Mrs. Musser is survived by her sons, Steven A. (Ellen) Musser of Berne, Ind., and Norman D. Musser of Dallas, Texas; sisters, Marjorie Halada and Katherine Styer, both of Wellington, and Barbara King of Youngstown, Ohio; brothers, Robert Klingler of Wellington and Alvin Klingler of Sullivan, Ohio; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 1996, and a sister, Martha Welch.

Funeral services were held Jan. 14 at the Yager-Kirchhofer Funeral Home in Berne, Ind. with the Rev. Charles Circle officiating. Interment was at the M.R.E. Cemetery of rural Berne.

Preferred memorials are to the Grace Bible Church.
