Bankston, Shaver to wed September 11

Doug and Sandie Bankston and Steven and Amy Shaver announce the engagement of their children Heather Bankston and Kurt Shaver, all of Wellington.

Heather is a 2008 graduate of Wellington High School and currently attends Cleveland State University, majoring in accounting and will graduate in August 2010. She is employed by The Shamrock Companies as an accounting intern.

Kurt is a 2008 graduate of Wellington High School and attended the Lorain County JVS Diesel Technology Program. He is a 2009 graduate of the University of Northwestern Ohio Diesel Technology Program. He is employed by Cleveland Mack and Volvo as a diesel technician.

A Sept. 11, 2010 at Camden Baptist Church is planned. The couple met while attending high school.
