Neck-and-neck until the final quarter, Wellington finally blew past Black River late in the game Feb. 1 for a 49-42 lead. With an 11-point night, Frances Radway led the charge for the Lady Pirates. But she couldn’t keep up with the Dukes’ Sam Sparks, who lit up the scoreboard with 24 points.
