Residents took in some scenic fall atmosphere and plenty of goodies from local vendors Friday evening at the final Wellington Farmer’s Market of 2016. There were 17 events held this season in Willard Square starting in June. “I want to give a big shout out to Betsy Varndell and Carol Burke,” said Main Street Wellington director Jenny Arntz. “Both of them put a lot of effort into making sure there were interesting and eye-catching things at the market this year.” Varndell took over the reigns as farmer’s market manager this year from Burke.
