Wellington Boy Scouts Troop 414 was very busy at the tail end of 2015. Here are some pictures detailing the boys’ activities in recent months.
Nov. 29: Played parts in the villagewide production of Darlene Neptune’s “A Wonderful Gift.”
Dec. 6: Zachary Koubeck was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout. His project was to instruct his Scout helpers to lay the bricks around the flag pole to make the sitting area at the Wellington Eagles. Pictured are Koubeck and scoutmaster Darrell French.
Dec. 13: The St. Patrick’s Manor was treated to some Christmas cheer, gifts from secret Santa, refreshments, and live music. Musicians Keith Shively, Bonnie Gordon, and Linda Philips played a variety of beautiful Christmas songs.
Dec. 13: At the dedication of the new McCormick Middle School, Scouts were asked to lead the pledge of allegiance and to help with the ribbon cutting ceremony.
