“I have none. I don’t think they work.” Tom Michalak, with grandson Micah

“I’m planning on taking over the world.” James Rallis, Wellington

“Spend more time with my grandkids.” Andy Fabris, Litchfield

“The same as last year: Try to lose my stomach.” Julia Bursley, Wakeman

“Try to do more charitable work.” Doris Myers, Collins

“To lose some weight this year. I’ve joined the gym, hired a personal trainer, and am only going to eat meats that fly or swim and stay away from red meat.” Jennifer Soboslai, Wellington

“Make more time for myself. It sounds selfish, but it’s not.” Lisa Love, New London
