Some 4-H participants received awards Monday afternoon for the hard work they put into projects. Awards were given to kids who created the best agriculture, still-life, or family and consumer sciences projects. Shooting sports participants were also recognized. Most categories, such as woodworking and home decorating, had a first, second, and third place winner for junior and senior classes. The junior division was made up of kids ages 13 and younger and the senior division was made up of kids ages 14 and up.
